<li>Signed liability waiver form</li>
<li>CPR/ First Aid recommended not required.</li>
<li>Must be willing to dive with large marine animals, including sharks</li>
<li>Signed PADI  medical release form</li>
<li>Provide own equipment: mask, fins, buoyancy compensator, weights and regulator, weight belt, hood, boots, and gloves.</li>
<li>Must pass a buoyancy check out dive</li>
<li>Fill out a completed volunteer divers application &amp; interview</li>
<li>Background check</li>

The CSU course is the Advanced SafeAir&#8221; Program and builds upon and expands the material introduced in the LSU course. It covers the information necessary to make use of all 8 of the ANDI identified applications of SafeAir within the sport diving limits. Those completing this course are certified to use all SafeAir mixtures, including SafeAir 50. This program requires 8-12 hours of lecture and two open water orientation/training dives.</p>

NOTE: Part one (classroom) and part two (Open Water) are to be completed satisfactorily prior to CSU certification. A part one certification may be issued upon satisfactory completion of all classroom requirements. 		<title>The gang just got back from diving the G &#038; D (Yankee) on the Jeanne II.  Mike Carew, John Garisto, Chris Sundial and Rick Yarmy caught scallops, a 5 and 2 pound lobster.  They also got some brass from the ship.</title>
